Enter the email address for the individual whom you would like to sign the document. Once you have added all of the appropriate fields, click Request signature in the right side panel. Select Signature to add this field to your doc. In the right side pane, click Add a field to request. Go to and either create a new document or open an existing one that you’d like to use. Enrollment requests may take up to two weeks to process. Important: Since this is a limited beta, not all requests will be approved at this time.
